Platform Overview

One enterprise platform for truckload, LTL, brokerage, asset, and hybrid operations.

CarrierTool.com is being built around the full transportation lifecycle: customers, shipments, loads, LTL operations, carriers, drivers, equipment, documents, billing, integrations, portals, APIs, workflow automation, and AI operations.

Truckload Operations

Full truckload load management, dispatch, tracking, billing, documents, and customer visibility.

LTL Operations

Shipment-level workflows, manifests, terminal activity, rating, documents, status events, and customer visibility.

Brokerage Operations

Carrier sourcing, load tenders, carrier compliance, settlements, margin tracking, and procurement workflows.

Asset & Fleet Operations

Drivers, tractors, trailers, assignments, utilization, maintenance, GPS, and mobile workflows.

Document Platform

Generate BOLs, rate confirmations, manifests, invoices, settlements, and operational forms.

Enterprise API Platform

Expose TMS data and workflows through secure APIs, webhooks, integrations, and partner access.

PDocs AI Integration

AI document intake, OCR, classification, extraction, validation, and exception processing.

AI Operations Layer

AI dispatch assistant, load planner, exception detection, margin protection, and executive insights.

Tenant Capacity Scaling

Tenant-level worker capacity for AI, documents, integrations, automation, and operational volume spikes.

Proven Foundation

Built from real transportation experience and proven workflow technology.

CarrierTool.com is being developed by Easy Stack, LLC after years of infrastructure investment and direct transportation technology experience. The platform is a full rewrite designed to take advantage of modern AI, cloud-native services, automation, and enterprise API architecture.

Transportation TMS Experience

The CarrierTool.com vision is based on prior CTO-level experience building a next-generation TMS intended to replace MercuryGate. That earlier project reached approximately 90% completion before being discontinued for business reasons.

PDocs AI Workflow Platform

PDocs version 1 operated in production for approximately 10 years, processing high-volume transportation and financial workflows with hundreds of thousands of batches per month.

AI-Native Rewrite

PDocs AI is now a full AI-native rewrite owned by Easy Stack, LLC. CarrierTool.com will use PDocs AI for document intake, OCR, classification, extraction, validation, exception workflows, and automation.

Infrastructure First

Easy Stack has spent the last two years building the cloud, Kubernetes, database, object storage, automation, and AI processing foundation needed for enterprise SaaS platforms.

AI Operations Layer

AI is not a feature. It is part of the operating layer.

CarrierTool.com is being designed so AI can assist across dispatch, planning, pricing, exception detection, carrier procurement, customer service, documents, billing, reporting, and executive decision-making from day one.

AI Dispatch Assistant

Recommend trucks, drivers, equipment, and carriers using location, availability, requirements, history, and cost.

AI Load Planner

Suggest sell rates, carrier pay, margin, transit time, fuel estimates, and routing strategy.

AI Operations Chat

Ask CarrierTool questions like which loads are at risk, which customers are profitable, or why margin changed.

AI Exception Detection

Monitor late pickups, late deliveries, route deviations, missing documents, detention risk, and SLA risk.

AI Carrier Procurement

Rank carriers using compliance, performance, safety, acceptance history, and pricing.

AI Workflow Automation

Use PDocs AI outputs to match documents, update loads, trigger billing, release invoices, and route exceptions.
